How Many Hours a Week on the Tennis Court?
The Tingua Daira is we don't really have elite tennis players like if we're talking about elite tennis players are taught I would say a top 15 or the best Irish players. Players all over the world are spending upwards of 20 hours a week on the court and one of the problems is they spend too much time in formal coaching sessions and not actually playing the game. Nadal had to choose between soccer or tennis at the age of 12 because he was just like he could have played fresh and soccer better played so that kind of helped him develop his skills which helped their tennis which helped them in their tennis.
