How to Be a Significant Voice in the Policy Debate

A measure for success is, can you get a law adopted that is actually going to drive meaningful change in one of the big industries. We were set up to work on clean vehicles and on pricing. And so we've been working on fuel economy standards, emission standards since then. But how do you go about becoming a significant voice in the policy debate? Well, I think in essence it's about evidence, but it's also about showing that what we are proposing will create a win-win.
