The modern softer engineering book was two or three years in the writing. It's not a, you know, put tab a into slop b kind of book, i would characterize it. I wanted to try and synthesize some fairly deep principles that were common to all the good softway development that ihad seen. And i'm very proud of this book - its landed extremely well on amazon as far as i can tell.
