A tenth of the seven million plus guys who are not working or looking for work look to be like full-time students. The overwhelming majority, unfortunately, are in this pool of neither employed nor in education or training. They've got a lot of time on their hands, but they don't do a lot of help around the house. Almost half of these guys said that they were taking pain medication every day.
