Cain's Response to Cain

I want to go back for just a second to verse nine of chapter four in Genesis where the Lord says to Cain, where is able your brother? And, and I want to ask you guys, especially about the last part of that about Cain's response. He says, and of course these are, these are famous words. I do not know. Am I my brother's keeper?
