The Parallel Environment of Inflation and Deflation
I think people will wince when I say that the parallel environment is the late 60s, you know, into the 70s. In that environment, it was inflation not deflation. And so in many ways, I feel like we are at the other end of the price spectrum. But behaviorally, we're in a very comparable environment to what existed 40 to 50 years ago. It brings up another question: Is there previous time in history you think that we're most closely resembling today?
