What if J P Gave Me the Magic Wand?

J p used the book what happened to you for kind of our content for the retreat that we did this summer with coaches. Ad, and essentially what i tried to do was to get them to understand that the brains job is to gather sensory information in order to detect patterns so that you can predict threats. How many times do we walk into that as parents and coaches? We see it all the time. And we have absolutely no awareness that, in a lot of ways, this is an innocent process.
