Decarbonization, the Transition to Green Energy?

At COP 27 there was a different tone struck, right? And in which the head of G-Fans, Carney, basically said that there was a failure in the mobilization here. There's been promises, pledges at all of these meetings to put upwards of $100 billion into green financing for the global south. But the OECD had estimated there was almost a $20 billion gap in the public and private finance that was mobilized. Oxfam puts it at, you know, $24 billion. This is the beginning shape of that Wall Street consensus, right?
