Mental illness is a complex legal and ethical arena. I think one has to put one's morals to one side when dealing with it, you stop to look at the moral aspects thmuch. The point i want to make in it is not that mental illness, or scitzophrenia, or manic depression, is linked to violence. People with those disorders are most at risk to themselves, not to others. So what i'm dealing with is a minority of cases, and i suppose it's the whole point of the book,. In many ways, it's not their fault.
What is it like to treat some of the most troubled men and women in society?
