Investing in Underrepresented Founders Is a Bad Business Strategy

There are people trying to do something about this. Our CEO actually worked for Google before she came to work for us. She incubated something like 220 businesses from underrepresented founders that are doing great guns. We're doing a lot of VCs at the moment. And what strikes me very is that once you've got money, it's easy to get more money. If you've got 10 million quid in the bank, just the interest alone pays for everything you could possibly think of properly. So it's kind of the madness. What's mad about it is that that inequality and inequality is actually really bad for the rich as well. Because it's massively geopolitically destabilizing.
