There are ways of physically working with yourself to bring down those anxious feelings. One really quick technique or tip that I have for that is doing a breathing exercise. That's something that physically regulates your neurological system to bring down that anxiety. If you do that for five minutes, no matter what, just about, you will feel better. You'll feel more calm. And so that's a way of kind of lowering that arousal so that you can then deal with the task or deal with your thoughts.
Social anxiety disorder, nervousness, fear of social situations. However you call it, you can defeat it, be rid of it forever and live a life of more spontaneity, excitement and fun. This is an interview with my psychologist bro so get comfy and grab something to take notes with.
