Stress comes from knowing that you should be doing something and then not doing it. Much easier to push it down the road, kick the can to next morrow than address it right now. The quickest way to address those things is just straight through them, straight at them. If you feel anxious or stressed about a certain thing that you have to do, don't procrastinate or delate on it any more. Literally, convert all your folk an energy like a lazier, right on to that thing and blast through it immediately.
