Do We Want Everyone to Have a Swiss Bank?

The culture here in Switzerland is this way that Swiss people want not to be a buffer by the state. So for example when it comes to Texas we make Texas a by our own and then give it the state. In Germany you are not aware of what you are paying on Texas. You just received the amount of money you earned and the taxes are already was taken away. This is a different scenario. So actually it's here in Switzerland it's more free environment. But yeah like every democratic restaurant country it's morefree than others but it's not such a free country which was maybe 40 years ago.
