Is the Cuff Doing Its Job?
Karen Jinson some lovely research of an assessment tool that I look at in prone. It's a really lovely way not only for me to see is the cuff doing its job with the weight of the arm and you think well with a rugby player it's got to be. So 95% of the time it isn't and there is a big different side to side. The athlete feels it which is great because it's something validates why they might have symptoms but importantly it's something I can be measured to assess the effectiveness of what I do.
