The Importance of Unpredictability in Leadership

I think structured meetings are nice because then there's a certain rigor needed. But the rest of it is it gives you thinking time and then you're interacting with people on a one on one basis, which I do pretty often. There's a sense of unpredictability and maybe that could be one more word in the earlier question of yours where I think it's important for leaders to be unpredictable. It keeps everyone else on their toes also. Contrary into the fact that I'm a very plan A person, contrary to the fact that he like to stay the course, but at the same time you need to be brutal and lose your wounds. You've got to lick your wound and move on
