When they went at ipos, i mean, it still would probably be better to give these grants to executive hires that have high headline numbers. Instead of giving ten, ten million over four years, they offer 15. I so i don't see how it actually helps with recruiting. But i do think there's some other, you know, stophistication that play in the more polished executives or engineers.
