How to Recognize a Disorganized State in Yourself

You might be finding yourself in a disorganized state inside yourself. If you are that isn't the time to try to resolve something or make big decisions. There may be a pocket of trauma where as a child your caregiver became upset and dysregulated so it wasn't a safe thing to get upset. Every time you got upset your parent gets disorganized and upset that's a threatening state. You feel the threat but you have no idea what to do.
