Marshall originally felt that we really couldn't predict the effects of these technologies and therefore we obviously couldn't control them. But he later changed his mind on that. He believed in fact, these processes can be understood and can be done more intentionally than otherwise. Where do you see that at right now? My mind is going in all kinds of different directions.
