Machu Picchu and the Incas

The Inca used rough stone, usually small in size, and then also local clay as a mortar. Megalithic projects were made with no mortar whatsoever. The stones fit and interlock with one another. You couldn't even fit a credit card or even a piece of paper in between the stone stone blocks. They're so perfect to fit. Even a human hair. Yeah, I've tried and it's not possible to put anything in between there. But you see these constructions that are literally behind us and underneath us is a foundation of the Inca building right here.
