Kevin O'Connell: My biggest mistake is not proactively making great relationships with coworkers, C-suite people around me. I get up generally around 6 AM, sometimes a little bit before I do some journaling, pretty much every day, gratitude every day. He says he follows something called germs, right? It's my own acronym. So gratitude, exercise, reading, meditation, and sleep. And so that's my routine is up, get through like you know, journaling and all that, and I get to work.
