The future that was pre projected by a still patriarchal society is going to be patriarchal in ways that they don't even recognize. I think the fabric of the stories is a little bit different as we can move away from typical hero's journey stuff and protagonist and antagonist, you know, someone wins and someone loses kinds of story structures. It's weird. And it's not just that they've integrated gay and bi and trans and all sorts of, and different gendered people and creatures into it that they just do because,. you know, they're just catching up with the times.
