Care Pro - What's the Point of Honor?
A number of care professionals use honor as a stepping stone to becoming like an RN or even an NP. We're aware multiple cases of our care pros moving up, so to speak, to becoming RNs. And then we also graduate our care pros into our operations team. So a whole bunch of people on our operations team used to be care pros. But now they're in ops and they're helping run the network of care.
