The Rise of Pale Loggers

Pale loggers are almost like the opposite of a hazy IPA in some ways right you have this crisp clean refreshing drink. A lot of hazy's don't pair well with food because they kind of have an aftertaste that lingers and so if you just want something crisp easy refreshing like pale logger is  the antithetical to that. I think the bigger thing is that people are less afraid to brew loggers nowadays than four or five years ago. There's been a lot of experimentation a lot of people reporting positive results from doing things that make these styles of beers more approachable and more doable. i actually love that um you kind of have seen that industry wide
