Fish and Cheese - I Do Not Prefer Cheese on Fish

The only time cheese and fish are eating together is on a peppered, farmed goldfish crackers. A balanced fish sandwich does have a delicious slice of American cheese. If you could think of other fish and cheese concoctions, please let us know.
