Sprinting on an exercise bike is more beneficial than long-state, durational exercise like Jog and Arunni. It produces myokines, which is a combination of lack teeth and female a la language. So very beneficial for again, burning fat and putting on muscle. You want to tax yourself so you get short of breath in a very short period of time. The last thing I do after training is get on the air dine and do my sprints.
