The Problem of Human Rights in the Modern World

The United Nations drafted the universal declaration of human rights. It's famous because it was the first time that human rights were all put down in a document with no basis for it. The implication was you don't have to believe in God to believe in human rights, we just know that they're there. This has created enormous problems in the modern world.
