Most people freak out in a taper, because the volume comes back ever so gently gradually. Your body's going to be sending you all kinds of mixed signals. It doesn't know if we're going back up in volume here after three days off or just completely confused. And usually a good taper, i would say, 72 to forty, eight hours out, you start feeling good. If all you can do is insure that you're geting eight hours asleep and you're eating no real food then you've got it.
