Don't Do Written Comments
Fourth tip is to use examples, not definitions when you are teaching and assessing. In lots of ways, definitions have a lot in common with written comments. Reference sources are great for adults, are great for experts and not so great for novices. Examples are really how we learn. It's always a twine, doesn't it? Yeah, absolutely.
