The Importance of Mental Health in the Construction Industry
On average, two people take their own lives every day in just the UK construction industry. If two people were dying on site a day in this industry, the industry would be shut down. But for some reason, this kind of silent pandemic that's unfolding worldwide is getting through the net. I think if we can all become more aware of mental health, we can normalise conversations around it and get rid of the stigma.
