I think your book is a great place to jump back in on and reinforce and deepen. It might be one or two that are really your priority. Another thing, maybe just mention about the book, it even has wrkout programs at the end of each chapter to help you get back on tracks. So i think that can be kind of a fun way to mix up the activity, or to get some inspiration for movement.
