There's a whole service worker tab in both deaf tools for fire fox and crome, that will show you what is currently running and what is not. A click here, and yo basically just refreshereman, if it's a new new version ofh the service work im the er service worker will o if the file has changed since it has last fetched it. How it does that, i'm not actually sure. But i'm pretty sure the browser has some ways to detect if it's changed.
