i learned from my artist, the artist way, which is like an cult self help book from the seventies. Buta, she recommends doing morning pages, which is basically, in the morning, you just write. And she says, three pages. It kind of releases a lot of, like, anxious energy. For me, if i'm like, feeling that overwhelm or anxiousnessa and now i do them when i need it. Well, owell, i these plays, i do the the morning pages.
