Tammy: I was bullied by my child to kind of, you know, get what she wanted from me in terms of different boundaries and permission to medicalize permission to socially transition. And so I had really lost a lot of confidence. Lisa: Having that community around you, even if it's people who go back to their own lives, like I know a lot of relationships get built in those settings. It just gives you a little bit of boost, like I'm not crazy. I'm not a big parent. Actually, I do know my child, and that can help you do some of the things that you probably already instinctively thought would be good to do.
