Toronto: A New Hub for Independent Commercial Game Development

Toronto is an important hub for independent commercial game development. I think our inexperience in making a game like this made us commit to a high level of polish before we were sure we could deliver or execute on right so it's the classic problem of like if the first level feels really good to play then all levels you can't just degrade the policy yeah. We severely underestimated the work especially on the art and animation side because um uh I think the animations are what makes it feel very polished rightUm but when we had it working in one level then we had to do it in every level  so it's it's our next experience that made it as polished as it isI would sayYeah
