Is It a Case Where the Cure Literally Might Be Worse Than the Disease?

I think i understand the decision prime minister modi made. It is an attempt to say, look, we are going to suppress this as much as we can a keep the numbers very low. And then when we open up, we have the opportunity to do some of this testing and tracing. I hope they are using these three weeks to really ramp up mass testing,. because if you're not, you know, this is what the united states did when we put the ban on china - which was the right thing to do, but then we didn't take advantage of those three weeks to do anything. The challenge for them is different from elsewhere. You've got the virus coming, but...
