Why You Shouldn't Invest in a Retirement Account

In virtually all of the scenarios at least that i can come up with it's always better to prioritize a retirement account. There are some assets that you cannot hold a retirement account and if you wanted to invest into those then a retirement account is not appropriate. Even in a hardcore early retirement scenario then you're better off funding a 401k first now.
