Re-centering your life along the things that are important greatly reduces the likelihood that we are going to reach a state where our body is going to force us to take a break. In this day and age with our changing attitudes and cultural attitudes around the role of our professional work life, it is really easy to buy into hustle culture. I think it's possible to do well in your career and to have professional aspirations whilst still remaining focused and clear on what is really, really important.
