Scholars today are not nearly as concerned with theoretical purity as what i sense from reading the journals in the 70s and early 80s. They're happy to take on any sort of theory that they think helps them explain the world better. That's the main thing that drives the best scholars that we interacted with was fundamentally a curiosity about the world rather than a preoccupation with some particular school thought or ideology or point of view.Yeah so you know so do you leave that project very optimistic about the future of Austrian economics for young scholars like your students at texas tech or my students at uh gm u or or the students at middle Tennessee state university or over at kenz? yeah
