New Zealand's National Security Strategy

When it comes to nuclear power ships is there any foreseeable scenario in which New Zealand could justify lifting its ban on nuclear power ships? No I don't see that happening. When we talk about military capability we have made the decision that we are not going to promote and encourage nuclear capability whether it's armaments or nuclear propulsionthat is our stance. Are New Zealanders naive about the risks in our world? Some I would describe as naive are there's a little more well informed than others.
