Mindfulness and ADHD - It's Not Just About Self Compassion

A lot of what we're talking about with mindfulness is about self compassion, forgiveness, acceptance, loving kindness. It's that vulnerability and removing the blame, isn't it? And so that can have such a big impact on our stress, our self-regulation, our attention, our focus, our sleep. So I think in general it's approaching the other person with more compassion, more forgiveness, just more less anger and assumptions. This whole process is easier if we start with ourselves, if we start practicing with ourselves to create that non-judgmental space or compassionate space.
