The FCC and the FCC - Is This a Good Deal or Not?

I kind of thought that the FCC would ultimately approve this but I always look at it like why the standard want to keep extending this contract. GTN is down 45% since the deal was announced SPGI is down 40%. It's in clear broadcast next star who is ostensibly in the same industry but they are so much better run than everyone else. They seem to truly been caught up guard like they don't even seem to know what the FCC is talking about which makes it to me look really political.
