The Nba's Investigation of the Portland Tank Blazers

The nba did not claim nor think that they had eradicated tanking with the play and tournament. Portland has been one of the primary teams to do this but they're intentionally signing g league players who aren't very good, playing them heavy minutes. There is a difference between doing that with 20 games left and one game left i just think it's a difference purely of timing and strategy.
