Do I Fire Shannon or Not?
I knew that my good intentions were, I would collude in undermining my good intentions. It's really easy to walk away some of all of that. But interestingly, there's a difference between deciding that and doing that. So what I have to come to groups with is the understanding that Shannon can fail with this company, and I'm okay with that. Because it's her company. And companies fail all the time. Sometimes through negligence, lots of times just through the turning of the wheels of the world.
