The ability to feel good about a tiny success is a skill, so i can't tell you exactly. Just do it. You'll have to play around withit just like i could tell you how to dance or play the piano. But i'll just alit out that as you allow yourself to feel successful about even the tiniest of successes, that will then open the door to a lot of ripple effects. So what happens as you start making other changes in your life? And then that habit will also grow.
