Is There a Way to Regulate the Cost of Payments?

We're open to all possibilities, and we've said in our articulation of where I see our payments landscape that all channels can contend. We do know is that the current system is not working for most of our people. Remember what i said at the top, the payment system should work for all except illicit actors. And that include small countries and small businesses. So when it comes to making a sale, they will always want the cash option to avoid having to make that payment.
