The Manhattan DA's Case Is a Crime

A theory similar to this was tried against John Edwards and he got prosecuted for mischaracterizing the hush money. If that is true, do you know who else could committed the exact same crime at the same time? That would be none other than Hillary Rodham Clinton. So all of this conduct occurred during the 2016 campaign during the general election when it was Trump versus Clinton. Now the truth of the matter is neither one of them is a crime. It's a tiki tack bookkeeping, it would prosecute Hillary Clinton or zero because he supports Hillary Clinton. That's not how a prosecution should proceed.
