Pattern Recognition in Software Testing

QA individuals on the team, uh, quality assurance or quality control folks, tend to be less technical. They tend to have a lot of like, great business acumen about understanding how things should work. But they sort of been cut off at the pass when it comes to how to do automated testing. And so if they do automated tests, it's probably off to the side. It's probably more road to a lot more manual drudgery involved in running those tests and fixing those tests.
