Suicidality and the Risk Assessment

Suicide is impulsive and most people decide to kill themselves within 60 seconds of making the attempt. Having a gun at home is part of the reason why suicide is like so, da so much more likely. What i really try to do is by time for my patients to like, get their head above water and reach out for help.
