i don't think you can squeeze all western political philosophy through that prism. I take them, i took them at face value, that they mean it when they say in borders or sacro sanct sovereignty is supreme. And yet, most of these people just hrug and yawn at the fact that russia,. a, you know, an iridentism is trying to erase the borders of a country. The ukranians really are russians. You can even buy this absolutely bogus argument that this is all an invention of the soviet union.
