Ian Duncan Smith said it would be very difficult to justify the UK government doing nothing in the face of what is quite strong evidence. Foreign Secretary James Cleverley was also asked about this in the Commons on Tuesday. But I think this is another sort of difficult area for the government, particularly given that there have been many, many stories accusing the conservatives of having ties to Moscow.
